It is our goal to provide you with all the tools you need to make the most out of your investment in Ikivo Animator. We offer a complimentary period of live technical support, a support subscription service and a variety of free online resources.
The free online support resources are available to all of our users. The live technical support options are available to customers during Swedish business hours [Monday-Friday 9:00am 5:00pm Central European Time (CET) excluding Swedish public holidays].
Supported Versions
Technical Support is available for the current version of Ikivo Animator and one release prior. Currently, technical support is available for Ikivo Animator 1.1 and 2.0..
Warranty Period
We provide 45 days of complimentary e-mail technical support with all software purchases.
Single-User Support Subscriptions
After the 45-day warranty period, a single-user support subscription is required for all technical support inquires. A support subscription allows the registered user of Ikivo Animator an unlimited number of telephone and email support inquiries for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Support subscriptions can be purchased for the current version of Ikivo Animator and one release prior. If you would like to purchase a support subscription, please contact sales.
Contacting Support
Technical Support is available during the normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm CET, excluding Swedish public holidays. Support is available in Swedish or English language only.

Response Time
We will respond to all emails within 2 business days.
End users can expect best efforts from the technical support staff to resolve the reported issue.
Activation
All customers are allowed one anonymous activation of Ikivo Animator. Any customers requiring more than one activation will need to be registered. The registration must be verified before additional activations will be granted.
Please note that any technical problems associated with activation will require a support subscription if they are reported after the warranty period has expired.
Bug Reporting
Bug reports can be submitted by email to support. We will thoroughly investigate all reports and take the appropriate actions. Though a subscription is not required to submit a report, responses will only be sent to users covered under a valid support subscription or warranty period.
We will update our searchable knowledge base regularly to reflect all known Ikivo Animator problems and their solutions.
